PGZen Support
Questions, bug reports and feature requests all go to one inbox, read by the developer.
What to include in a bug report
- Your PGZen version (PGZen ▸ About PGZen) and macOS version
- Your PostgreSQL version and where it runs (local, Docker, a hosted provider)
- How you connect: direct, SSH tunnel, and the TLS mode
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- The exact error text, or a screenshot of it
Never send
Passwords, private keys, connection strings with credentials, or data from your database. Describe the shape of the problem instead; a minimal table definition is usually enough to reproduce it.
Refunds
Apple handles payments and refunds for apps bought on the Mac App Store. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID you used to buy PGZen.
Crashes
If you turned on crash reporting in Settings ▸ Privacy, the report reaches us on its own; mention the date and time it happened. Crash reporting is off by default.
